May 15, 2019 (Moscow, PA) – Three Bakers, a family-run craft gluten-free bakery, today announced an expansion to their popular line-up of gluten-free breads, new Large Slice Whole Grain White and Large Slice Golden Flax flavors.

The mission of Three Bakers is to create foods that rival mainstream choices in flavor with the added benefit of being gluten-free so anyone can enjoy them. Many Three Bakers customers have asked for this larger size slice to make a bigger sandwich.

“The addition of larger loaves to the Three Bakers brand is one in which our customers have requested for the past several years. Our new Large Slice options are an exciting product for us because they are crafted not only with the whole family in mind but especially for customers who crave a larger sandwich.” Said Lyle Hubbard, CEO.

The first of the bigger options is Large Slice Whole Grain White which is just as tasty as Three Bakers original but in a larger loaf. Whole Grain White is the staple for many gluten-free homes as it is the perfect base for many favorite sandwich recipes such as peanut butter and jelly, avocado toast and BLT. Each slice is about the same size as a standard wheat-based bread.

Large Slice Golden Flax is not only a larger size but an entirely new flavor for Three Bakers. Golden Flax is a deliciously soft bread with a great grain texture, it has a nice nutty flavor and is packed with lots of healthy flax and sunflower seeds.

Both loaves have increased from 17 ounces to 24 ounces, plus, they are certified gluten-free, all natural and contain no soy or dairy

Three Bakers is rolling out these new bigger loaves to markets and grocery stores nationwide, starting on the east coast. It will soon be available in ShopRite stores in the greater NY, at Market Basket in New England in June, and in Wegmans in NY/Connecticut/and PA throughout the summer of 2019.
