Our new large slice white bread is just as tasty as our original but in a larger loaf! Each slice is about the same size as a standard wheat-based bread. Many of you have asked for this larger size slice to make a bigger sandwich. We listened to you and here it is – still made by hand from our craft bakery.

The staple bread for every Gluten Free household. No need to toast to enjoy! All natural. Excellent source of fiber. No soy or dairy. Contains eggs. 24 oz. loaf



This traditional white bread is soft and perfect for sandwiches without toasting. Strong enough to stand up to chunky peanut butter sandwiches and great for any sandwich you can think of. It is whole grain, an excellent source of fiber.

INGREDIENTS

WATER, WHOLE GRAIN BROWN RICE FLOUR, TAPIOCA STARCH, CORN STARCH, EGGS, CORN DEXTRIN, SUGAR, NON-GMO CANOLA OIL, POWDERED EGG WHITES, POTATO FLOUR, HONEY, BAKING POWDER, YEAST, RICE BRAN, XANTHAN GUM, SALT, VINEGAR, ENZYMES (CALCIUM SULFATE & ENZYMES)

CONTAINS: EGGS

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Keep Frozen for longest shelf life. Thaw in plastic bag or microwave.

1. Bread can be stored on counter: (Our breads have a 4-5 day shelf life on the counter depending on humidity level.)

2. Bread can be stored in the refrigerator: (The shelf life is a bit longer in the refrigerator but bread may be a bit drier.)

3. Bread can be stored in the freezer: (Before storing in the freezer thaw enough to separate each slice. Then place in the freezer and the slices won’t be stuck together).
