Summer isn’t over yet! Celebrate with this easy to make chicken salad, full of berries and walnuts. It’s the perfect chicken salad to serve on Three Baker’s Large Slice White Bread.
You can cook chicken breast yourself or use leftover chicken. To make it even easier you can pick up a gluten free rotisserie chicken at the store. This chicken salad is quick to whip up and perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.
Feel free to add lettuce, bacon or sliced avocado to top it off!
While the fresh ingredients are reminiscent of summer, this chicken salad is good anytime!
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- ½ cup chopped strawberries
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Mix together all ingredients, being careful to not smash the berries.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve on top of Three Bakers Large Slice White Bread.
