Three Bakers Gluten Free Bakery started as a craft bakery and remains one even as our family business continues to grow. I’m Jane Trygar, a celiac and a mom of 4 kids living in a gluten-free home. Dan, my husband, is our master formulator and oversees all manufacturing to ensure the highest quality. Dan has over 20 years of bakery experience.
Dan and I originally worked for my father at his traditional bakery in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Dan worked for over 17 years as the head baker. When I was diagnosed with celiac disease in 2002, everything changed. I couldn’t eat the wheat baked goods I grew up on. I was devastated, so Dan began making gluten free products to keep me happy. Over the years we have continued to improve our gluten-free baked goods. As more and more people wanted to buy them, we started our own gluten-free business in a dedicated gluten-free bakery.
We’ve been in the gluten-free business locally since 2008. We are now expanding our distribution nationally through traditional grocery and natural food stores.
