Gluten Free Grilled Cheese with Holiday Ham & Horseradish
Ingredients:
- Three Bakers Rye Style Gluten Free Bread
- Black Forest Ham, Thinly Sliced
- Baby Swiss, Thinly Sliced
- Spinach
- Mayonnaise
- Roasted Garlic Horseradish Dip
Directions:
1. Toast your Gluten Free Bread
2. While the bread is toasting, mix together 1 part mayonnaise to 2 parts Horseradish Dip to make your spread
3. Spread mayonnaise mixture thick on both slices of toast
4. Then layer, cheese – ham – spinach – cheese
5. Heat a skillet or griddle to medium and carefully add your sandwich to the pan
6. Brown both sides, about 4 minutes per side or until the cheese has melted – cover with a lid if your cheese needs extra heat to melt
