Gluten Free Pizza – Enchilada Style


Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Add 2-3 tablespoons of enchilada to shredded chicken and mix well.
  2. Spread enchilada sauce on Three Bakers Pizza Crust.
  3. Top with shredded Mexican Cheese.
  4. Add shredded chicken & enchilada sauce mixture.
  5. Sprinkle cilantro.
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
