gluten free french toast
Two pieces of Three Bakers Gluten Free Bread stuffed with ooey gooey melted Nutella and chunky Strawberries toasted to perfection, can you think of a better start to your day? With Valentine’s Day right around the corner, go ahead and treat yourself (and your partner) to an extra special breakfast! Did I mention there’s only 6 ingredients and it takes less than 10 minutes to make?

Gluten-Free French Toast with Nutella & Strawberry

Yields: 4 Servings
Ingredients
  • 8 slices Three Bakers Gluten Free Bread, thawed
  • 3 Whole Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Whole Milk
  • Pinch of Cinnamon
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 8 Strawberries, diced
  • 1/2 cup Nutella
Directions
In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and salt together until smooth. In another bowl, mix the diced strawberries and Nutella together.

On 4 slices of your bread spread about 2 tablespoons of Nutella mixture on each slice, then top with the remaining 4 slices of bread. Now you have 4 stuffed sandwiches. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, you can use non-stick spray just in case, one by one dunk each sandwich into the egg mixture and allow to soak slightly. Add to pan and let cook for about 4 minutes per side. Top with extra strawberries or powdered sugar and eat up! Yum!
