Summer is a great time for grilling and these steak sandwiches with fresh chimichurri need to be on the menu! This fresh chimichurri is a blend of cilantro and parsley and has the perfect amount of acidity from red wine vinegar. With just a touch of red pepper flakes, it isn’t spicy, but has a great depth of flavor.
Pair it with well seasoned skirt steak on top of a Three Baker’s Hoagie Roll and it is sure to be a hit!
