loaded veggie sandwich on gluten-free bread
HEY YOU! Are you looking for a tasty sandwich that is absolutely delicious AND will keep you full and satisfied? Well, then you’ll want to try out this loaded veggie sandwich on Three Bakers Great Seed gluten-free bread! In only a few minutes you can whip up this healthy lunch that is packed with yummy vegetables and a garlic aioli spread. Your tummy will thank me later… or in a couple minutes cause that’s how fast you will devour this.

Loaded Veggie Sandwich on Gluten-Free Bread

Ingredients:
  • 2 slices Three Bakers Great Seed Bread  
  • handful of spinach leaves
  • 4 slices of cucumber
  • 2 tomato slices
  • 1 slice of a red onion
  • 3 avocado slices
  • a spoonful of chopped red roasted peppers
  • garlic aioli sauce (recipe below)
Garlic Aioli Sauce:
  • 1 scoop mayo
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • salt and pepper
Directions:
Assemble sandwich.
  • slather aioli sauce on both slices of the great seed bread
  • layer all the veggies on one slice
  • top with second slice of bread
  • ENJOY
