Keep Frozen for longest shelf life. Thaw in plastic bag or microwave.
1. Bread can be stored on counter: (Our breads have a 4-5 day shelf life on the counter depending on humidity level.)
2. Bread can be stored in the refrigerator: (The shelf life is a bit longer in the refrigerator but bread may be a bit drier.)
3. Bread can be stored in the freezer: (Before storing in the freezer thaw enough to separate each slice. Then place in the freezer and the slices won’t be stuck together).
The 7 Ancient Grains bread from Three Bakers is incredibly delicious…. even for someone who isn’t gluten free! I love how it makes any sandwich taste ten times healthier than it actually is. :)
Your 7 Ancient Grains Whole Grain Bread is the best gluten free bread we have ever tasted. My husband is celiac and has been totally gluten free for 10 years. Usually, I make everything myself, but when he tried this 7 Ancient Grains Whole Grain Bread, he liked it better than the bread I made fresh. You out to consider making your buns and stuffing with the same ingredients. It is healthy and tastes better in our opinion. Keep up the good work!
Flat out delicious! Great for toast or sandwiches; and because the loaves are a smaller size, it doesn’t go to waste (or waist!). Firm enough for nice crispy toast, soft enough for luncheon meats and condiments; holds together well and doesn’t disintegrate. Stores well in the fridge. Excellent flavor – I like the white bread too, but this is my favorite.
I have recently been experimenting with gluten free items to narrow down ingredients causing me intestinal issues. I chanced on your Seven Ancient Grains, and absolutely love it! Even if it turns out that my allergy is not a result of gluten intolerance, I intend to continue purchasing this bread. Prior to tasting this, I was a fan of my grocer’s bakery fresh multi grain with currants….which I’d buy in bulk, and have sliced and freeze, anyway. The price is comparable, and I eat/have always eaten four slices a day. I especially like it toasted…and it needs no enhancements, as far as my taste buds are concerned.
I don’t have any problem with gluten, but wanted a healthier bread. I had gone to the store to get a loaf of a competitor’s bread that was on sale only to find out that the shelves were empty. I saw this brand and decided to try it. I bought the 7 ancient grains and found that I had been missing out on a terrific bread. I like the fact that the slices do not stick together when removing a slice from the freezer. I also love the taste of the bread when toasted. This has become my new favorite bread. I will buy this even when it is not on sale. I will be trying their other flavor soon.
Bought this bread at Publix in Sarasota FL while there on vacation. The BEST GF bread I’ve found anywhere EVER!!!
Now to get the groceries ( or just one really) to carry it in Farmington, MO
BTW, the web page that allows me to fill in my grocery so they can be contacted to carry this product is very unstable, for me anyway. Can’t get it to stay up long enough to use it.
