Three Baker’s Gluten Free White Bread is the perfect canvas for this breakfast sandwich masterpiece. Layered high with beans, chorizo, fried eggs, avocado, salsa and cheese it is pure deliciousness and our bread doesn’t crumble under the pressure!
Feel free to mix it up and add a bit of hot sauce or slices of tomato. Make this for one or a crowd, everyone will enjoy it!
Gluten Free Sandwich Ideas – Mexican Breakfast
- 2 slices gluten-free bread
- 4 ounce chorizo patty, cooked
- 1 fried egg
- 1/4 cup refried beans
- 2 Tablespoons salsa
- 2 slices avocado
- 1 slice cheese
- 1/2 Tablespoon butter
- Butter one side of each of the bread slices.
- Spread refried beans on non-buttered bread side.
- Layer chorizo, avocado, salsa, egg and cheese.
- Close sandwich.
- Grill for about 3 minutes per side.
