Gluten-Free Cheese Crusted Chicken & Broccoli

First, preheat oven to 425. Cut broccoli, and then drizzle olive oil, salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast on top. Mix all together well and place in oven for 25 mins.
Next, take the whole bag of Snackers into a baggie and smash them up until they look look similar to a bread crumb consistency. Whisk up eggs with some salt and pepper; dip the chicken into egg batter and then the Cheddar Cheese Snackers mixture.
The next step is to brown the chicken in a frying pan with a bit of oil. Let the chicken brown for 1 to 2 minutes per side. Put the chicken aside. Once the broccoli timer is down to 12-10 minutes, give the broccoli a good mix, and place the chicken with it. When timer goes off your food is ready to enjoy!
