My gluten free new year’s resolutions?

Hmmm, I had to think about this. But honestly, it’s to dive deeper into the science behind it.

I think if we can prove how gluten affects the body, we can help educate people on living gluten free and living to their FULLEST! Health is so much more than fitness and calories. It’s about what we put in our bodies. The quality of food. The stresses of life (less is obviously better).

Gluten free doesn’t mean just free of gluten, it means NOURISHING with REAL food.
