“These are the best ever,” says my 4-year-old, and I couldn’t have said it better myself. All the flavor of creamy cheesecake, strawberry, and graham in a perfectly poppable bite.
So easy to make, these gluten-free cheesecake stuffed strawberries topped with a Three Bakers snacker are what dreams are made of. Make a plate for your next BBQ, Baby Shower, or Dinner party, no one can eat just one!
This no-bake cheesecake filling is a cinch to make and can be made ahead. I suggest cutting a bit off the bottoms of the strawberries to help them stand up, cut off the tops and scoop out just a bit for your cheesecake filling.
You can sprinkle crushed Graham Snackers on top or just add a whole one!
GF Recipe – Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries
These gluten-free cheesecake stuffed strawberries are sure to be a hit. Enjoy!
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 2 pints strawberries
- 1 bag Three Bakers Honey Graham Snackers
Beat heavy cream and vanilla together until peaks begin to form.
Add cream cheese and powdered sugar. Beat well.
Cut tops off strawberries and hull centers.
Spoon small amount of cheesecake filling into strawberry (I suggest putting it in a large Ziploc and squeezing it out).
Top it with a Three Bakers Graham Snacker.
