My goal in 2014 is to make more from scratch.
We already are gluten free in our house, but with gluten being added in hidden ingredients we want to take any chance of getting glutened out of the scenario. I cook at home at least 5 days a week now, but would prefer to have natural and healthy foods waiting or reliable gluten free food in the freezer.
Our overall goal is to reduce our pantry of commercially processed food by at least 75% by the end of 2014!
