It’s the most wonderful time of the year…. until you realize how crazy-busy it can get! Because I do a lot of cooking and weird crafts projects with my kids, most of my friends think I must go all out, creating a Pinterest-worthy Christmas. However, the best part of the holidays for me is simply spending time with my family. As family dinner is also really important to me, one thing I like to do is make a meal with my family as part of our holiday traditions.

While cooking with kids, even teens, can seem like a daunting task, there is a simple shortcut: use the delicious Three Bakers Pizzas as the base to your meal! With tasty flavors like cheese, pepperoni and sausage, there is something for the whole family to enjoy. And Three Bakers Pizzas were made to please the taste buds of gluten and gluten-free eaters of the house, so you can all eat together without worry.

Here are some quick, easy tips for whipping up a fun, gluten-free dinner while staying true to your healthy AND saving yourself some precious time during the busy holiday season.

Three Bakers Decorated Pizzas

To make the pizzas, gather your family’s favorite toppings in a variety of colors.

For greens we use kale, spinach, basil, sliced green olives, pesto, and green pepper (rings and strips).

For red we like red peppers, including the little snacking peppers (they make the cutest rings!), and cherry tomatoes.

Don’t forget to toss other colors into the mix. Mini orange and yellow snacking peppers, sliced black olives, zucchini, yellow summer squash, steamed cauliflower “snow balls” and mushrooms all can be used.

Place frozen Three Bakers Pizza on baking sheet. Let the imagination take over and decorate pizza in your favorite design. After decorating, bake pizzas as directed and enjoy!

The best part of this is that clean up is minimal, and the pizzas are cute and delicious!
