Our traditional white bread is soft and perfect for sandwiches without toasting. Strong enough to stand up to chunky peanut butter sandwiches and great for any sandwich you can think of. It is now whole grain and an excellent source of fiber.

WATER, WHOLE GRAIN BROWN RICE FLOUR, TAPIOCA STARCH, CORN STARCH, EGGS, CORN DEXTRIN, SUGAR, CANOLA OIL, POTATO FLOUR, HONEY, BAKING POWDER, YEAST, RICE BRAN, XANTHAN GUM, SALT,, VINEGAR, ENZYMES (CALCIUM SULFATE & ENZYMES)
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Keep Frozen for longest shelf life. Thaw in plastic bag or microwave.
1. Bread can be stored on counter: (Our breads have a 4-5 day shelf life on the counter depending on humidity level.)
2. Bread can be stored in the refrigerator: (The shelf life is a bit longer in the refrigerator but bread may be a bit drier.)
3. Bread can be stored in the freezer: (Before storing in the freezer thaw enough to separate each slice. Then place in the freezer and the slices won’t be stuck together).
Absolutely “go to” bread. Always keep this one around. I prefer heated in warm oven instead of toasted all the time.
