Spring is here and that means it’s time for brunches, tea parties, and picnics! Whether I’m planning an Easter Brunch for friends or setting up a tea party with my daughter, sandwiches are always on the menu!
Gluten Free Smoked Salmon Sandwich
Of course, not just any sandwich- but tea sandwiches. Sandwiches cut into little triangles with a creamy spread in the middle.
My favorite flavor combo is smoked salmon and dill. Add a little bit of lemon juice and this spread will be a quick favorite. I may or may not have eaten some of it before it made it onto the sandwich!
Three Bakers White Bread is super soft and perfect for spreading on this smoked salmon and dill spread. It doesn’t crumble and remains soft, even when the sandwiches are prepared ahead of time.
If you don’t have a food processor, no worries. You can beat the cream cheese with the salmon by hand, it will just take a bit of elbow grease and it will be a little bit chunkier.
These Smoked Salmon and Dill Tea Sandwiches are going to be perfect for all your spring events!
