Nothing takes you back in time than an Uncrustable and our new Large slice white bread is perfect for this throwback! Make a stack ahead of time and keep them in the freezer until you are ready for them.
Pull one out, pack it in the lunch box and it will be thawed by lunchtime! Feel free to think outside of the box and move away from the traditional PB & J. Try almond or sun butter, different jellies, or even cream cheese and jam. The sky is the limit!
Try spreading the butter on both sides of the bread to keep the jelly from seeping through. This will keep your sandwich from getting soggy too.
If you don’t have a fancy sandwich press, a large-mouthed cup will work just fine.
Your gluten-free kids are going to be so excited to have a lunch that is just like their friends (though we are pretty sure our version tastes better!)
