How to make the perfect Corned Beef Sandwich is highly debatable, but whether you add coleslaw, sauerkraut or even a slice of cheese, everyone is going to go crazy for Three Bakers Rye Style gluten free bread.
This version takes it to the next level with homemade Russian dressing. It is so good, not only will you smother it on your sandwich, but we won’t blame you if you dip your chips in it as well! With just the right amount of horseradish, it has an ever so slight kick. Feel free to add a bit more if you like things a bit spicier!
To make this Gluten Free Corned Beef Sandwich, start with 2 pieces of Three Baker’s Gluten Free Rye Style Bread. Slather each side with homemade Russian dressing and then add sliced corned beef and coleslaw. So easy to make and so delicious! It’s the perfect way to use up leftover corned beef from you St. Patrick’s Day celebration or just anytime you are craving a delicious sandwich!
GF Recipes – Corned Beef Sandwich with Russian Dressing
Ingredients:
- Three Baker’s Rye Style Bread
- Sliced Corn Beef
- Coleslaw (or Sauerkraut)
Russian Dressing:
- ¾ cup Mayonaise
- 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons Horseradish
- 1 teaspoon gluten free Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
Mix together ingredients for Russian Dressing (can be made the day before to allow flavors to meld!).
Layer Gluten Free Rye Style bread with Russian Dressing, corned beef and coleslaw.
