gluten free pizza

If you are looking for an AMAZING gluten-free frozen pizza that is nutritious, delicious, and super simple to make, look no further. You have come to the right place!

Best Gluten-Free Pizza Ever? Maybe!

Three Baker’s gluten-free pizzas are by far the best frozen pizzas I have ever had. In fact, they taste homemade or like a personal gluten-free pie you’d get from a pizzeria. The crust is thin, but not too thin and crisps up well in the oven. It has more of a bread-like feel to it, unlike many gluten-free crusts which are essentially a large cracker.

I have missed the doughy quality in my pizza crusts and Three Bakers delivered with their line of pizzas! The sauce and cheese are absolutely amazing and well proportioned. Whether you get this pizza with or without toppings, you will not be disappointed. I have tried each flavor: plain cheese, sausage, and pepperoni and all of them have made me extremely happy.

@threebakersglutenfree plain cheese gluten free pizza with a spaghetti squash salad???!! I CAN’T get over how good this pizza was! Gluten free, awesome ingredients, awesome macros (check my story for more info on the nutrition) ?! The whole pizza has 26g of protein and the fat macros are MUCH better than the Quest pizza’s! 8g of fat per serving vs. over 20g for Quest! The pizza is also thin crust which is my FAV. Gluten free thin crust pizza is the way to go if your gonna do a pizza gluten free (trust me I’ve tried them all! GF since 07!). The crust was perfectly crispy and they definitely don’t skimp out on the cheese???! Three Bakers also makes pepperoni and sausage pizzas too (which I’ll also be reviewing in the upcoming months)?! Be sure to check out their site for the store locator!!!?. . On the side I decided to make a spaghetti squash salad (sticking with the Italian theme obviously)! The salad included mixed greens, cooked spaghetti squash, roasted veggies (carrots, green beans, and red peppers), @franksredhot, @traderjoes everything but the bagel seasoning, @kernelseasons, and low fat parm on top! I microwaved the salad for about 30 seconds (I LOVE WARM SALADS?) and topped it with garlic and onion @badabeansnacks! This pizza salad combo was an epic way to spend my Saturday night ???!

I have been gluten free for nearly 14 years now before “gluten-free” was even a commonly known term. At that time, there was one single brand that made gluten free bread and it cost $15.00-$20.00 a loaf. Gluten free pizza was completely out of the question. It wasn’t for many years that I had the pleasure of enjoying pizza again. However, gluten-free pizzas (for me) have never been too appealing. The crust was always thin, dense, and reminiscent of cardboard.

Gluten-free bread and pasta improved as years went on, but in my opinion, gluten-free pizza paled in comparison. I tried just about every frozen, homemade, and restaurant made pizza and none of them lived up to the real thing. It wasn’t until recently that I came across Three Baker’s line of pizzas and I decided to give them a go. I was so pleasantly surprised to find a pizza that tasted so close to the real deal! The crust was thin but doughy, and absolutely delicious. The ingredients were extremely fresh and thoughtfully assembled. My “non-gluten free” boyfriend tested the pizzas with me and he absolutely loved them.

Gluten-free friends, do yourself a favor and try one of these pizzas out for yourself! Be sure to check the Three Baker’s site for a store locator and find those pizzas nearest to you. You will be happy you did!
