This bread like all our breads is whole grain and an excellent source of fiber. Additionally, it is made with all non-GMO ingredients, Makes a great sandwich without toasting. But, toasting really enhances the flavor of the seeds.

WATER, WHOLE GRAIN BROWN RICE FLOUR, CORN STARCH, TAPIOCA STARCH, EGGS, CORN DEXTRIN, CANE SUGAR, NON GMO CANOLA OIL, HONEY, FLAX SEEDS, SUNFLOWER SEEDS, PUMPKIN SEEDS , POTATO FLOUR, BAKING POWDER,YEAST, XANTHAN GUM, RICE BRAN, SALT, GROUND FLAX SEEDS, SESAME SEEDS, CHIA SEEDS, MILLET SEEDS, HULLED HEMP SEEDS, VINEGAR, ENZYMES(CALCIUM SULFATE AND ENZYMES)
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Keep Frozen for longest shelf life. Thaw in plastic bag or microwave.
1. Bread can be stored on counter: (Our breads have a 4-5 day shelf life on the counter depending on humidity level.)
2. Bread can be stored in the refrigerator: (The shelf life is a bit longer in the refrigerator but bread may be a bit drier.)
3. Bread can be stored in the freezer: (Before storing in the freezer thaw enough to separate each slice. Then place in the freezer and the slices won’t be stuck together).
If you like a great bread with seeds in it this is for you. Great with Butter & Peanut Butter. I bought mine in Arizona, wish it were in Minnesota!!!
