Three Bakers’ Flavor-fall Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) starts on September 19, 2018, at 2:00 P.M. EDT and ends on November 3, 2018, at 11:59 PM MST (“Sweepstakes Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry, whichever is older. Employees of Three Bakers Gluten Free Food Group (“Sponsor”), its subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouse and parent, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook. The information you provide will be used for the purposes of Sweepstakes administration.
HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, (1) follow Three Bakers Gluten Free on Instagram (@threebakersglutenfree) or Facebook (@threebakersglutenfreebread) and (2) enter using the form provided at threebakers.com/fall-giveaway-2018.

Limit of one (1) Entry per person per social media channel and email address per day throughout the Sweepstakes Period. For an “Entry” to qualify, entrants must follow and submit.
CHOOSING WINNERS: One winner will be randomly chosen weekly on Sundays (9/30/18, 10/7/18, 10/14/18, 10/21/18, 10/28/18 and 11/4/18) and notified the following Monday during the contest period.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential winners will be notified by email and will be asked to respond within five (5) business days and provide their full name, telephone number (including area code), date of birth, mail and/or email address consistent with the Entry requirements. Return of notification as undeliverable, failure to sign and return requested documentation or finalist submission within the specified time period, the inability of Sponsor to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period or noncompliance with these Official Rules by a potential winner will result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a runner-up may be notified.
PRIZES: Six (6) Prize Winners will receive a Gluten Free Prize Pack which includes: (4) packages (one of each flavor) of Snackers, (2) boxes of Herb Seasoned Whole Grain Stuffing Mix and (2) Three Bakers VIP Coupons valid for any flavor of bread. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the weekly prizes is $35.
CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of Pennsylvania, USA.
