gluten-free snackers
Nothing warms up a cool day like a great bowl of chili. Pairing Taco Chili with Three Bakers
gluten free Cheddar Snackers and you have a meal guaranteed to bring a smile to everyone at
the table.
Taco Chili is a go-to meal for my family. In fact, instead of pizza, Taco Chili has been the meal of
choice for sleep-overs for our kids over the years. We have also taken the ingredients on
camping trips, put it together at time shares and cabins, and it is a requested meal now that
some of my kiddos have moved off to college. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Taco Chili with Gluten-Free Snackers

Serves 12
  • 2 pounds ground beef or bison (you could also use ground turkey)
  • 28 ounce can crushed or diced tomatoes
  • 15 ounce jar of salsa, gluten-free
  • 10 ounce bag frozen corn
  • 15 ounce can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 15 ounce can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 teaspoons instant minced onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon instant minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon crushed, dried red pepper, optional ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
Brown ground beef until cooked through. Drain well. Mix the rest of the ingredients in the slow cooker. Mix in the cooked meat. Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Serve with a generous serving of crispy, cheesy gluten-free Snackers from Three Bakers.
